The Air Jordan XI “Concords” finally release last night, and what I wouldn’t give to have a pair. Here is a list of things I might be willing to give:
- my clean record - like the rowdy sneakerheads in Seattle and elsewhere
- my life - like the DC reports of a teenager dying over a pair that turned out to be a hoax.
- pepper spray to the face
- the 300% larger price that the shoes are already fetching on eBay.
SneakerNews also put out a great story describing the anticipation of the “December release” in the world of streetwear and sneaker culture. Check it out.
And with any luck, you may be able to pick up one of the 300,000 to 500,000 pairs of Air Jordan XI “Concord” kicks without giving up any of these things. But good luck with that one… better luck than this guy, above, who got knocked out in line for his shoes in Brooklyn.
Line cutting is bad for your health, yo.
