ULTIMATE NIKE MCFLY LOT HITS EBAY FOR OVER $18K

Large sneaker lots are one of the most beautiful things that eBay has introduced to the streetwear game. Many sneakerheads have awesome stories about finding their favorite shoes at 4am on a Wednesday night amidst the glow of the computer screen. Another amazing thing about eBay lots is the opportunity for collectors of many different themes to gain recognition and a huge chunk of change for their dedication. CHAOS CREW TATTOO STUDIO 2011 WRAP UP TATTOOED CALF SKIN

Munich’s Chaos Crew Tattoo Studio set out to celebrate the most exciting aspects of 2011 the best way they know how; so they pulled a large piece of calfskin, stretched it, and tattooed the entire thing with a beautifully designed montage of the year’s events. The studio ended up placing the work between two pieces of glass, and this video shows some of the more iconic happenings of the year being inked in. Starring 2011 NBA Finals MVP - a huge pride of Germany - the display also highlights such events as the tsunami in Japan, uprising in Libya, and the assassination of Osama Bin Laden.

So you thought the “Galaxy” hype was over? Well not if Blake Griffin has anything to say about it. The Player Edition Nike Zoom Hyperdunk 2011 Supreme debuted on the court by Griffin in the 2012 All-Star Game proves that there are still a few ways that Nike can work its immensely hyped theme into its equally hyped models alongside the names of the NBA’s biggest players. The intergalactic upper, star-speckled midsole, and far-out logo set this pair off, which will be available shortly.

NIKE ZOOM HYPERDUNK 2011 LOW JEREMY LIN PE

While already signed for a sneaker deal, Jeremy Lin hadn’t actually gotten a shoe to call his own until now. This year in the midst of the Linsanity, Nike releases official photos of the Asian American NBA star from Harvard’s first player exclusives. The Nike Zoom Hyperdunk 2011 Low Jeremy Lin PE will feature a Knicks-themed colorway with a “J.L. Sophomore” tongue patch and graphics on the insole.

THESEVENTHLETTER: 50 CHARACTERS IN MIAMI

Art Basel 2011 has come and gone, but street art and graffiti fans are lucky enough to still be getting a few videos from the giant art festival even as we round the corner into March. MSK’s Rime takes a large wall and uses graffiti’s concept of repetition in a creative way, sprawling 50 characters across the wall with cleanliness and style. It doesn’t get much better than TheSeventhLetter, and Rime is here to prove it.

Part 1 sees 50-26 on the countdown, and a few throwback releases that will leave you angry at the rent money you wasted while skipping over this heat.
