TUPAC HOLOGRAM PERFORMANCE AT COACHELLA
Criticized by some as capitalizing on his legend, the Coachella performance by Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and the late Tupac Shakur blew minds even after the surprise had been spoiled during Radiohead’s set. While some may think the performance has overshadowed some greater ones - like a Nate Dogg tribute, help from Eminem, and a 50 Cent cameo that saw the artist performing some of his greatest hits - the Tupac display is certainly the talk of the town following Coachella’s first weekend.
The hip hop philosopher showed up in a hologram that looked incredibly realistic, right down to the abs that declared his thug life. Hologram Pac made an intro, outro, and performed two songs on stage with Dr. Dre and Snoop, including a collaborative effort with the living Snoop in “Amerikaz Most Wanted.” Check out the video above and the full set here.
